B.S. Exercise Science, XPS
As a child, I grew up playing all sorts of sports and loving every aspect of the experience. Once I got to high school and the level of play elevated, I focused on playing football and track and field, however, I was excelling more in the weight room and becoming more of a general athlete.
This area became my passion and is what drove me to major in kinesiology at The University of Alabama. While there, I was fortunate to intern for a company that allowed me to work with NFL prospects, MLB players, rehabbing military members, as well as those who just wanted to get active. I found I had a knack for helping develop athletes in their programs as well as having a good understanding of the human body in general.
I will be attending Ball State University in fall 2021 to pursue my master’s degree in strength and conditioning. If you catch me outside the gym, I am probably playing golf, watching sports or in the kitchen cooking!
