B.S. Exercise Science
I believe that exercise and staying consistent with fitness is one of the most essential parts of everyone’s life.
My journey through learning about fitness and exercise did not go the conventional way. When I was in high school, I was learning to become a Mechanical Engineer through the program Project Lead The Way (PLTW). After I graduated from Center Grove High School and attended one semester at Ivy Tech specializing in CAD Design, I lost interest in the field and searched for what I really desired in life. After Ivy Tech, I enrolled in the School of Health and Human Sciences at IUPUI with an emphasis on Exercise Science.
Sports have always been a passion of mine and learning how athletes train and progress has always been fascinating to me. Throughout my time at IUPUI, I have had the privilege to meet wonderful people who have educated me and helped me through the future career path I have chosen.
My current goal is to become a Personal Trainer and help clients meet their own personal goals through tailored workouts that would help them walk on the path to accomplishment. Outside of school, I enjoy training myself in the gym, hiking with my fiancée, playing rounds of golf in the spring and summer, and attending racing events.
