B.S. Fitness and Wellness
I have experience training several specialized populations and understand that training is not a one-size-fits-all approach. I have had the pleasure of serving young people just beginning their fitness journey, athletes with sport-specific goals, and adults 50+ who are looking to maintain their health and longevity as they age. Everyone is an individual, and I want to support them on a full-body scope of wellness.
My mission is to help you grow and learn on your fitness and wellness journey. I am inspired to see people take time out of their days to better themselves in the gym. Seeing that makes me want to strive to continue getting better every day. Exercising should be something you enjoy doing every day and that is why I am here to help you reach whatever goals you have. At the end of the day, I enjoy helping people in whatever way I can. Being an athlete I have always been active, but it wasn't until I started going to a rugby trainer that I really realized how much I appreciated working out and training. He helped me reach some of my personal rugby goals and I would love to be able to do that for someone as well.
