My love for fitness and bettering my body began as a high school athlete. Throughout my career as a high school athlete, in both football and track and field, I became intrigued by the fitness industry. During this time, I began to take classes which would further my knowledge and develop my skills as I pursued a degree at Trine University in Sports and Exercises Movement while playing football at the collegiate level. After this season of life, I transferred to Huntington University where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition in 2019. While completing my degree, I participated in Track and Field as a decathlete. I have worked as a personal trainer for the past 5 years working with a variety of individuals with different backgrounds and fitness levels. My goal as a personal trainer is to assist with achieving goals, share my passion for fitness, and educate others about the importance of sustaining a healthy lifestyle. I spend my off-time working to better myself in the gym, furthering my fitness education, and spending time with my friends and family.
