Personal Trainer
B.S. Exercise Science, ACSM-PT
When I was about 15 years old, I decided to change my eating and activity habits to change my overweight lifestyle. After a few years and 105 pounds less, my passion for the fitness industry started to grow.
I graduated from IUPUI with a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science in 2017. I was honored to complete a 16-week internship at Indianapolis Fitness and Sports Training. In addition, I received my certification in personal training through American College and Sports Medicine.
Helping others reach their goals and potential provides me a great sense of fulfillment. I have experienced and witnessed the benefits that nutrition and exercise can do both mentally and physically. Any time one can have a career that provides a feeling that they are doing something worthy in the world is a good career to have, and I have found that in personal training. In November 2020, I became the director of training at Zionsville Body Outfitters. I find great satisfaction in leading our team through continuing education to ensure our trainers are the best. On days you don’t see me at the studio, you will most likely find me spending time with my wife and two sons. I enjoy concerts, golfing, and almost anything that gets me outdoors.
