Adam Woods
Personal Trainer
B.S. Exercise Science
My love for fitness and bettering my body began as a high school athlete. Throughout my career as a high school athlete, in both football and track and field, I became intrigued by the fitness industry. I began to take classes to further my knowledge and develop my skills as I pursued a degree at Trine University in sports and exercise movement while playing football at the collegiate level.
I transferred to Huntington University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in exercise science with a minor in nutrition in 2019. While completing my degree, I participated in track and field as a decathlete. I have worked as a personal trainer for the past six years with a variety of individuals who have different backgrounds and fitness levels.
My goal as a personal trainer is to assist clients to achieve their goals, share my passion for fitness, and educate others about the importance of sustaining a healthy lifestyle. You can often find me working to better myself in the gym and working to further my knowledge of the fitness industry. I also enjoy spending time with my wife and dogs, outside being active.
