Saturday Personal Training

Saturday Personal Training is back but with limited sessions.  Here’s how it works…

  • We will offer 2 30 minute sessions each week.
  • Both sessions are offered at 8:00 am.
  • You will work with one of the 2 Trainers serving that Saturday, and possibly a different Trainer each week offering a unique variety to your workouts.
  • Saturday Personal Training will be scheduled and paid through Zen Planner and be a separate bill from your regular Personal Training.
  • 1 on 1 Training is $33.00 / session
  • 2 People Training is $50.00 / session (pays for both people)
  • 1st come, 1st served.
  • As with classes, you must register 12 hours before the class, and cancel 24 hours in advance.
