What We Offer

Our 1,870 square-foot studio is simple in layout but packed with high-quality equipment. You’ll find free weights, kettlebells, Matrix resistance machines, TRX suspension trainers, Concept 2 rowers, Schwinn Air Dyne bikes, and Rogue weights and racks. Whether you’re just getting started or want to take your training to the next level, your personal trainer in Carmel will design a program that matches your fitness level and goals.

The Carmel studio also includes two private shower rooms, a dressing room, and a dedicated play space for children, so parents can stay consistent with their workouts while kids stay entertained.

Our Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 5:30 a.m.-7 p.m.
  • Friday: 5:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
  • Saturdays: by appointment only
