Class ScheduleAn opportunity to work with a group with the flexibility to manage your own schedule
We offer a limited selection of group workout classes at a variety of times through the day at Body Outfitters Carmel and Zionsville personal training studios. These fitness classes are leveled from 1 to 4 based on clients’ movement patterns, familiarity with and performance of correct form of standard basic strength exercises, and vary in intensity level. We recommend that anyone interested in taking a class first schedule a consultation with a trainer to determine their class level.

If you don’t see a class at the day/time you prefer or if the one you’re interested is full, contact us. We are always keeping a pulse on demand to add new fitness classes or we may have a group training for you to join.
