Body Outfitters is the premier personal training studio at Keystone at the Crossing, located in the Fashion Mall Commons on the north side of Indianapolis. Designed to provide a small, comfortable environment to reach your fitness goals without the intimidation of a big box gym.

Whether you're striving to gain strength, lose fat, improve your overall health, or increase your functional movement and strength, our knowledgeable and experienced trainers bring the intensity you need to make real progress. From one-on-one personal training and small group sessions to family workouts, sports strength training, and nutrition counseling, every program is tailored to meet you where you are and move you to where you want to be.

Our 2,400 square foot studio is fully equipped with free weights, kettlebells, Matrix resistance machines, TRX suspension trainers, Concept 2 rowers, Schwinn Air Dyne bikes, and Rogue weights and racks. Your certified personal trainer has everything needed to design a personalized program that meets all your needs.

The Keystone at the Crossing studio features two private shower rooms and a dedicated warm up space. Before work, on your lunch hour, or in between errands, our 30-minute sessions and well-equipped studio make the most of your time.

Appointments are available:
Mondays - Thursdays: 5:30 a.m.-7 p.m.
Fridays: 5:30 a.m.-1 p.m.

Saturdays: 7:00am-12:00pm
