I’ve been passionate about fitness since my high school days as a water polo player and swimmer. After dealing with pain for years from an old skiing accident, I quickly realized the importance of building strength and practicing safe lifting techniques to recover and prevent further injuries.
Now, my mission is to help others achieve the same results—feeling strong, moving freely, and living without limitations. Whether you’re looking to recover from an injury, boost your strength, or simply move better, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
When I’m not training others, I’m still enjoying the activities I love—skiing, biking, and even archery. These days, I continue to stay active with a variety of workouts to challenge my body. I believe in the power of movement, and I’m always looking for new ways to challenge myself and stay fit.
