Jordan Vaniter

Personal Trainer
American College of Sports Medicine - CPT

I am a Certified Personal Trainer who offers over 5 years of experience guiding diverse clients to successfully achieve health and wellness goals. Results-oriented and adaptable with a passion for designing training and nutrition plans to maximize performance, improve endurance, and increase overall well-being.

My fitness journey began at a young age. Ever since I was able to walk I’ve been throwing a ball around. In my 20’s I began to feel the need for more specific programming. I noticed this when I didn’t have the structure of organized sports and practice.

I began experimenting with building muscle because I was a skinny young man. Within the first 2 years of training, I gained 12 lbs. of muscle. I noticed that I was sleeping better and able to manage stress better.

Through the years I’ve experimented with several methods of training such as: Powerlifting, Weightlifting, Nutrition (Building Muscle and Decreasing Body Fat through tracking macronutrients), Mobility, and some Unconventional Training. I hold 6 certifications. My Certification for Personal Training is with the American College of Sports Medicine.

I’ve selected methods and principles and spent time learning how to craft the skills that I developed to tailor them to each individual client that I work with. I believe that the Personal aspect of this career is the most important and I value putting the needs of each person I have the opportunity to work with.
