Originally from South Carolina, I proudly hold a B.S. in Exercise Science from Lander University. My lifelong dedication to soccer has fueled my passion for staying active, understanding sports dynamics, and exploring the intricacies of the human body in motion.
While soccer defined my active lifestyle, I encountered significant injuries in high school, prompting a transformative shift. Recognizing that mere activity wasn't sufficient, I dove into strength training and meticulous movement to build my body for any kind of activity. Whether in competition, leisure, or new challenges, my commitment to optimal movement and performance led me to specialize in strength training, mobility, and varied movement patterns.
This philosophy seamlessly transitions into my roles as a personal trainer and soccer coach. I am eager to share the significance of multidimensional strength, confident that the benefits will speak for themselves.
As your personal trainer, my mission is to challenge you mentally, transform you physically, instill personal discipline, and help you shatter boundaries on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself. The most gratifying part of this profession is helping guide people to surpass their goals all while building genuine relationships and pushing each other to continue raising the level.
When I’m not training or coaching I enjoy trying new foods, attending concerts, competitive sports, and a few good old-fashioned episodes of Law and Order SVU.
