Growing up I was always extremely competitive whether it was in athletics, education, or random activities with friends and family. I fell in love with working out and weightlifting because it isn’t about competing against others, but competing against yourself to become a better version of yourself every day. I committed myself to a healthy lifestyle with a proper diet and exercise plan. I am constantly setting goals and reaching them, making exercise the highlight of my day.
I decided I wanted to help people reach similar goals themselves and became a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am always looking into new research, and trends while continuing my education to be the best personal trainer I can be.
When I’m not training, I am usually working out or watching sports. I also love to golf and spend time with my two dogs.
