I graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. I became a trainer and coach to help others reach their personal goals while discovering the enjoyment and long-term benefits that consistent training can bring to their lives.

My training style is rooted in Olympic weightlifting and athletic performance. I focus on developing strength, speed, and power through barbell movements, plyometrics, and sprint work. Whether you're looking to improve athletic performance, build strength, or simply move and feel better in your everyday life, my goal is to create a challenging yet rewarding training experience that builds both confidence and physical capability.
