B.S. Kinesiology
From a young age, I was drawn to the discipline and challenge of physical training, fueled by my love for competing in soccer and track. My lifting journey began as a teenager with calisthenics, where I built foundational strength and body control. That passion soon evolved into weightlifting, and I became deeply immersed in powerlifting, captivated by the pursuit of strength and performance. By age 17, I had set state and national records in the bench press and deadlift—achievements that solidified my love for competitive strength sports and made it clear that fitness would be more than a hobby; it would be a lifelong pursuit and career.
To deepen my understanding of human performance, I attended Indiana University, earning a degree in Exercise Science. While at IU, I had the incredible opportunity to intern with the IU Football program, working directly with elite athletes. In this role, I assisted in coaching and developing athletes, sharpening my expertise in athletic development and high-performance training.
Outside of training, I enjoy playing sports, spending time with family, and traveling whenever I can.
