Personal Trainer Zionsville
B.S. Exercise Science

I have always been an active and enthusiastic person, but my passion in the fitness industry grew because of the connection I built with my own personal trainers. As a multi-sport athlete in high school I found a deep passion for extra speed and agility training. While I continued to train through high school and partially in college, to play football and cheer, my relationship with my trainers grew. They helped me through so much and every time I had that hour to just train, I would ask questions and my fascination kept growing. I learned a lot about myself and eventually pursued an Exercise Science Major at Franklin College.

I even was lucky enough to shadow and work for those same trainers. I spent some quality time as a Speed and Agility Trainer at Hyperformance Athletic Development, working with athletes from 5-6 years old all the way through high school. I even got to work with some big Division 1 athletes and some pros!

I love fitness and the human body. I find it fascinating how we can manipulate the body to achieve whatever goal our mind is set to! I am excited to meet any individual ,regardless of background or interests, and help them achieve their personal goals.

In my free time I am a Varsity Running Back Coach for Greenwood High School. I love to hang with my family and friends. I love to travel. I also love to volunteer my time when I can to different organizations, such as; Special Olympics, Feeding America, Riley Hospital, and the Lupus Foundation for my Mother. Oh and I love my Pitbull Mastiff, Bentley!
