Hunter Sanderson

Personal Trainer Zionsville
B.S. Biology

As a lifelong athlete, and being blessed enough to earn a scholarship at the Division I level, fitness and performance have always been a passion of mine. After my playing days came to an end, I wondered, how can I make a career out of this passion? As a personal trainer, I have been able to turn this passion into not just a career, but a lifestyle. Being able to apply my talents and efforts toward helping individuals achieve their physical goals and improve both their performance and quality of life is as great a reward as there is.

My time as a student-athlete—competing on the field, in the weight room, and in the classroom—earning a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Alma College and a graduate certificate in Athletic Coaching Education from Ball State University, while also winning several championships and individual accolades, has made this opportunity a reality. Though with the highs, there were many lows. My collegiate career also saw four season-ending orthopedic surgeries. However, it is a combination of both every trophy and each hospital bed that has helped shape who I am, and through my faith in God, I have been placed in this amazing position.

It is my ultimate mission to help turn people’s dreams into achievable goals, to optimize strength and performance while also reducing the risk of injury, and through Body Outfitters, I am blessed to have the ability to do so.

In my free time, it is a safe bet that you will find me on the golf course, in the deer woods, or on the couch watching any and all sports.
