About Marian:
Sports and fitness have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in Puebla, Mexico, playing soccer, and that love for the sport eventually brought me to the United States to play at Marian University. During my four years at Marian, I had the opportunity to compete in the NAIA National Championship and earn All-American honors. Soccer has taught me so much about discipline, hard work, teamwork, and how important it is to take care of yourself both physically and mentally.
At Marian, I studied Psychology and Fitness, Wellness, and Nutrition, which helped me develop an even greater interest in health, exercise, and the connection between physical and mental well-being. For me, fitness is about so much more than physical changes. It’s about feeling stronger, improving your mental well-being, building confidence, and creating habits that help you feel your best in everyday life. I believe exercise can be a great way to take care of yourself, both physically and mentally, while improving your overall quality of life.
I want to help people find a way to enjoy exercise and feel comfortable and confident while working toward their goals. I know everyone’s fitness journey looks different, and I believe finding something that works for you and makes you feel good is what matters most.
In my downtime, I love spending time with my family and friends, reading, working out, and finding new coffee shops to try.
