Personal Trainer — Keystone at the Crossing

I'm a personal trainer from Waterloo, Iowa, and a proud University of Iowa grad—huge Hawkeye fan. I specialize in fat loss, strength training, and performance for rotational sports like golf and tennis—two of my personal favorites.

In 2017, I was seriously injured when a boat propeller hit my arm. After six surgeries, I'm grateful to be fully back and living life to the fullest. That experience gave me a new perspective, but my passion for fitness and training has never changed.

I believe in not just trying your best—but doing your best. Whether you're training for strength, endurance, or fat loss, exercise, health, and nutrition can change your life—and I'm here to help make that happen.
