My passion for fitness began through athletics at a young age. Growing up, I competed in football, baseball, basketball, and wrestling, which sparked my interest in human performance and led me to earn a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Integrated Physiology.
As a personal trainer, I enjoy helping individuals of all fitness levels achieve their goals, whether that means building strength, losing weight, improving athletic performance, or living a healthier lifestyle. My approach focuses on creating personalized programs that are effective, sustainable, and tailored to each client's needs.
Outside of the gym, I enjoy strength training, following sports, and continuing to expand my knowledge of exercise science so I can provide the best possible experience for my clients.
