Located in the Zoinsville’s South Village at 675 S. Main St., the 5,500 square foot semi-private studio is big enough to offer all you need to get fit and also offers a personal atmosphere free of the intimidation and feel of a big box gym. With a wide variety of equipment including free weights, suspension trainers, resistance machines from industry leaders Nautilus, Paramount, and cardio equipment by Matrix, Xbex, and Concept 2, you and your trainer have all the tools needed for a great, personal workout.

Zionsville's South Village is just south of the intersection of Sycamore (334) and Main Street. The location offers clients easy parking, nearby access to the walking trail as well as our neighboring retailers and restaurants.

Other amenities include private shower rooms and a mobility/warm-up space.

Our Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 5:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 5:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
  • Saturdays: by appointment only
